Good Zimbabwe coffees are balanced, with moderate acidity and good aftertaste. Established and chosen cultivars are well-established, high-yielding, high quality and suited to local conditions. The subtropical dry forest ecosystem, climate and altitude of the eastern highlands is ideal for high-quality coffee production.
