Overview

Reserved Area RA MTS 003 covers approximately 63,000 hectares located about 100km to the north-east of Bulawayo. The RA is known to host numerous historical gold deposits, mostly worked today by small to medium-scale operators.

Project Description

Gold mineralisation occurs mainly as shear zone-hosted quartz veins and lenses, and stockwork impregnations within BIF units. There is also rampant illegal alluvial gold activity, further supporting the prospectivity of the area. The RA is prospective for lithium as it covers part of the greenstone belt hosting the Zulu Lithium Mine, one of the major lithium projects in the country, immediately to the south. Systematic exploration by MPC from 2017 to 2019 (geochemical sampling and magnetics) revealed several first-order gold anomalies requiring follow-up.

Investment Opportunity

Why this opportunity exists.

First-order gold anomalies confirmed by MPC exploration, sitting on the same greenstone belt as the flagship Zulu Lithium Mine — combining near-term gold drill targets with strategic lithium ground.
