Mt Darwin Gold, Lithium, Beryllium & Tantalite
31,800ha EPO over the Mt Darwin Greenstone Belt with gold mines, active informal workings and pegmatite-hosted lithium, beryllium and tantalite potential.

The project covers 31,800 hectares located approximately 120km to the north-north-east of Harare in the Mashonaland Central Mining District. The EPO covers the Mt Darwin Greenstone Belt and its surrounding intrusive granitic terrain.
The belt is composed mainly of metamorphosed basaltic and andesitic lavas, in places truncated by quartz porphyry and granitic intrusions. Agglomerates, sericite schists, serpentinite and rafts of BIF also constitute the greenstone belt. Several gold mines occur in the belt and there is rampant illegal mining. Gold and pegmatite-mineral exploration will mainly target the greenstone belt and its immediate environs.
