Overview

The Multi-Discipline Recreational Facility is a flagship VFCC initiative to build International/Olympic standard sporting facilities on approximately 12 hectares in Victoria Falls, structured as a Public-Private Partnership with revenue-sharing over an agreed term.

Investors are expected to work with the Local Authority to develop a concept, plan, design, build, operate and improve on resources and operate the project for several years in line with the revenue-sharing agreed business model.

Victoria Falls International Airport handles wide-bodied aircraft with capacity for 1.5m+ passengers annually. 24 international flights weekly (Johannesburg 21, Namibia 3) plus daily Air Zimbabwe flights from Harare.
